A kerdes felvetese nagyon jo otlet!
En azok koze tartozom, akiknek nem a szulok, rokonok dobtak ossze a
lakasravalot, nem is volt annyi penzem, hogy egyben leperkaljam egy
lakas arat. Ahogy pedig vegul sajat lakasba koltoztem: csoportos
lakasvasarlas a "Carion"-on keresztul. Nekem jo tapasztalatom volt a
ceggel es a konstrukcioval is! Ket evig fizettem parhuzamosan az
alberletet es a reszleteket is, de megerte! Most mar nem csak
"kidobom a penzt az ablakon" az alberletre!

Jó kérdés ...

Az én történetem 4 éve kezdodött. Munkáltatói (kamatmentes) hitelbol és
szüloi segítséggel sikerült egy egyszobás félkomfortos lakást vásárolnunk
Pesterzsébeten. Ezt egy év múlva - látva az ingatlanpiac számunkra
kedvezotlen változásait - eladtuk és az árából további családi és baráti
hitelekkel turbósítva vettünk egy telket Érden. Áll rajta egy kis házikó,
abban kihúzzuk amíg jobbat építünk.

A hiteleket közben szépen visszafizettük, így ismét terhelhetové válik az
ingatlan. Csakhogy önero - minden ellentétes híresztelés ellenére - akkor is
kell. Nálunk ugyanis az a helyzet, hogy a feleségem az idén fejezte be a
foiskolát, elso gyermekünk is a hetekben születik, én pedig vállalkozó
vagyok. Az én egy szem fizetésem pedig nem elég a hitelekhez. Kezest nem
tudok és nem is akarok felmutatni, marad a jelzálog és ennek kombinációja.

Szocpolban nem gondolkodunk, mert az egyszer jár egy életben, és azt 2-3
gyerekre érdemes felvenni. Tehát majd csak a kistestvérke érkezése után
élünk vele - kb 2-3 év múlva. Akkoriban fogunk a végén járni az
építkezésnek.

Az önero - sajnos - eloteremtodött aztán. Édesanyám halálával testvéreimmel
megörüköltük az o családi házát, amit mostanában adunk el. A rám eso rész
persze nem elég - illeték, ügyvéd, stb. -, de öneronek jó.

Tehát valami kis pénz csak van, abból ügyesen gazdálkodva futja egy
tisztességes házra az alábbi feltételekkel:
- jó tervezéssel: semmi felesleges tér, szerkezet,
- jó tervezéssel: olcsó anyagok, egyszeru technológiák,
- saját munkával: minél kevesebb szakipari munka.
Ezt azért is tudom könnyen megtenni, mert szakmabeli - építész - vagyok.

Ez a gyakorlatban bontott építoanyagokat, gazdaságos alaprajzot jelent. Van
az épületben egy-két ötlet is. Ilyen a szalmabála-fal. (Egy ház külso
falaihoz elegendo szalmabála-mennyiség megvásárolható kb. 50-100 eFt-ért
....)

Persze így - a kormány várakozásaival ellentétben - nem igazán fogom
meglendíteni a GDP-t, de az legyen a nemzetgazdaság baja.

Ha tehát pénzügyi tanácsot kérsz, akkor mindenképpen felhívnám a figyelmet
arra, hogy nem csak a pénz eloteremtése a fontos, hanem annak ésszeru és
gazdaságos elköltése is. Ha az áldozatvállalásról kérdezel, akkor pedig
addig is: spórolás, nélkülözés, szaladgálás.
