XWindow rendszert tamogato terminalon alkalmazhato:
1) Megjeleniteni egy ablakban a (jelen esetben ps) fajlt. Ez esetben 
   valami unsopported ize, nalam pl. /local/uns/X11/xv vegezheti el.
2) Kinyomni az ablak tartalmat egy Xwindow dump file-ba 
3) A dumpfajlt imconv-val pict/mpnt-be alakitani
Magyarul:

	  (a program var, hogy az egerrel rabokj az ablakra)
	% imconv tempfile.xwd kimeno.pict -outcompress mac

Az  imconv default tomoritese  az  adott fajlra  jellemzo leggyakoribb
mod. Mivel ez szubjektiv is lehet, erdemes forszirozni a "-outcompress
mac" opcioval. Ha  a kepmegjelenito nem  erti a tomoritett formatumot,
akkor anelkul vagy az avval ekvivalens "-outcompress none" valtozattal
kell probalkozni.  Sok szerencset.

Egy kis informaciora lenne szuksegem. 
Azt szeretnem tudni, hogy mikent irok egy automata 
mail-szervert es hogyan lehet egy ftp-szerver felallitani.
Egy gopher-szerverre is kivancsi vagyok, de az jelen 
pillanatban nem olyan fontos.

Valoszinuleg komplexebb problemaval allok szembe es nem
valaszolhato meg a kerdesem 20 sorral. Leginkabb 
az erdekel, hogy melyik k"onyvben, vagy
kezikonyvben (fejezet vagy oldalszam) kell utannanezni.

Termeszetesen ha egy par pontban egy kis uteligazitast kapok,
sokkal egyszerubb lenne az eletem.

Ausztralia nem all egyedul gyerektartas es gyermekelszoktetes teren, ez
vilagproblema. Mint nehany nappal ezelott a TIPP-en emlitettem en csak a helyi
(USA) torvenyeket ismerem. Cimemre egyenesen kuldott gondolatokra az alabbiak
jutottak eszembe. Idomegsporolas erdekeben angolul folytatom..
	Circuit Court Judges (AL, FL and GA) constitutionally entrusted with
"Dissolution of Marriage" cases have a very broad "discretional power"
whereby, they may pass down judgements that could be in direct conflict with
previous case history, common sense, or even the law.  Florida Statutes
(Chapter 61) for example states that "where all other factors are considered
equal" the "best interest of the children must be served."  At the start of
legal dissolution of marriage proceedings, the children are "the ward of
court" but since the Court is not a "suitable forum" to maintain said children
during discovery, a quick decision must be made in contested custody cases. 
At this time either parent (or some others) may end up as the temporary
primary custodian. This is the time where most legal problems start, since the
Court is not familiar with the case yet, and its decisions could only be based
on some ancient maternal rights or perhaps the persuasive negotiating power of
the attorney(s) representing the temporary "winner." For the "Final Decree,"
judges often rely on intuitive judgement of the situation that may grossly be
tinted through middle men; attorneys, social workers, religious do-gooders and
perhaps the confused offsprings. Unfortunately, background investigation
available to the Bench is limited by pecuniary resources of the judicial
system and most often by the litigants' also. In addition, these cases are
surrounded with a barrage of distrust, lies, malice and vindictiveness on one
end, and an incredible amount of indifference, a great degree of incompetence,
and a doze of judicial arrogance on the other. In this loud spectrum, the
faint and untranslatable cry of the innocent is often ignored.
	The Court should award child support to either or both parent until thei
r
children reach majority or the "Final Order" of the Court is changed.  They
also demand visitation rights for the best interest of the children.  Neither
the child support nor the visitation rights can be used, however, as incentive
or punishment for enforcement of the "Final Decree." Other vehicle must be 
utilized! Contempt of Court and consequent warrant for arrest may result, howeve
r 
these orders may not be enforceable if  the "new jurisdiction" - where 
disgruntled parents may seek refuge - refuses to recognize the Decree or the 
jurisdiction of the original Court. 
	In common Western law, "one cannot litigate or re-litigate with unclean
hands" and, therefore, it is hard to re-litigate custody cases without the
legal change in jurisdiction and mandatory change in circumstances. Once again, 
this statement is based on "substantially similar laws between the States" and 
will not work between States/Countries that may be concerned about their 
citizen's rights being violated in another jurisdiction pertaining to marital 
laws. 
	It was not too long ago when someone who did not like the Dissolution of
Marriage decree of the original jurisdiction could move next door to another
county (not even a State) and s/he enjoyed impunity.  The situation is
changing since about 1977, when the Uniform Reciprocal Child Support Agreement
between the (USA) States (UReCSA) started to take roots. This kind of
agreement should be achieved between countries to stop the type of madness
that is going on -- not only in Australia but all over the world. Like with
all good things, however, UReCSA is already being abused in the USA and
probably will have to be renovated in the near future.
