Is this some kind of a rhetorical question? The homosexual liar Pyotr Vorobiev
has attracted enough negative attention to become the topic of this thread by:

In answer to your question: Pyotr Vorobiev did not write any FAQs. He's simply
reposting without attirbution the various materials he had stolen from the
RusTeX-L archives on . This is plain plagiarism.

In addition to his forgeries and false complaints to sysadmins, Pyotr Vorobiev
writes paranoid slanderous diatribes on news.admin.net-abuse.misc, accusing
netters of being each other's "tentacles" and using derogatory ethnic slurs.

For example, Pyotr Vorobiev has recently called me "rootless cosmopolitan" and
"dandruff-covered louse larva", which are the literal English translations of
the Russian anti-Semitic slurs "bezrodnyj kosmopolit" and "gnida parkhataja".

Back in Moscow, Pyotr Vorobiev was a notorious "stukach" (KGB informer): Pyotr
drank vodka all night with his buddies, trying to provoke them into making
"anti-Soviet statements". In the morning, he denounced them to the KGB, making
up most of his complaints. Ever since the fall of Communism, Pyotr Vorobiev and
his "colleages" have been trying to recreate their beloved Soviet Union on the
Internet. Pyotr Vorobiev's attempts to silence all "politically incorrect"
opinions though forgeries, mailbombings, and content-based false complaints to
sysadmins are typical not of Usenet, but of IRC, where the "ops" use "/kick"
and "/ban" as part of their conversation. It's symptomatic that Pyotr Vorobiev
falsely claims to be a sysadmin and/or a professor at Lehigh University, even
