Dear Sir:

I do appreciate your effort to try to raise the esteem of Hungarians
around the world by writing about your personal reminiscence of
Pannonhalma on the occassion of the Pope's visit there. However I wish
you would be more factual when you deal with historical events. For
example, the presence of some sort of educational establishment at
Pannonhalma doesn't necesserily make the present high school at P. a
thousand year old.
And just incidentally what is bladder-worm that was fed to you at P.? You
dont really mean...? There was a lot of starvation in my family in
Hungary after WW2 but eating worm -even nice big juicy wood warm? We
would rather have died.

It would also be nice if you would append your name to your
reminescences.

Sincerely, Laszlo Horvath

Given that this comment has about as much witty and imaginative substance
as a morsal of pork rind on a slice of white break, the only appropoetic
response that could be offered: OINK! OINK!

Is the name Strzyz Hungarian or Polish? I have tried to find the word
in a Polish dictionary with no success. There is a town in Poland by
that name, but that is the only reference I can find. Does the word
strzyz have a meaning or a root foundation in Hungarian? Thank you.

Almost certainly Polish.
