Kicsit utanakaparasztam a dolgoknak. A helyi (magyar) szabalyozasrol nem
sokat tudok, de azt sikerult kideriteni, hogy a Balaton egesz terulete es a
Kis-Balaton rajta van az ugynevezett Ramsar listan, ami a nemzetkozi
jelentosegu nedves elohelyek (wetland) listaja. Ezeket egy nemzetkozi
szerzodes (Ramsari egyezmeny) kellene, hogy vedje. Ahhoz, hogy ilyen
terulet jelleget megvaltoztassak bonyolult proceduran kell atmenni, amibe
be kell vonni az Ramsar Irodat is. Ez persze szepen hangzik, es vannak
orszagok (Kanada, Ausztralia), ahol ezt komolyan is veszik. Valoszinu, hogy
nalunk el lehetne kenni a dolgot, azzal, hogy ez az egesz Balaton

UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The purpose of the program is to promote among the participants a better
understanding of major problems confronting the world and to give them an
insight into how the United Nations attempts to find solutions to these
problems.
The UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM consists of three
two-month periods throughout the year; mid-January to mid -March, early
June-to early -August and mid-September to mid -November. The program
provides Departments at UN Headquarters with outstanding graduate
students
specializing in the following fields:
Economics, Humanitarian and Environmental Affairs, Information Systems,
International Law (second year law students only), International
Relations, Journalism, Library Science, Political Science, Population
Studies, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Affairs,
Translation
and Terminology, and Women's Studies
ELIGIBILITY
At the time of application and also during the internship program,
applicants should be enrolled in a Master's degree program. APPLICANTS
WHO
HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED A MASTER'S DEGREE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
ALTHOUGH ANYONE CAN APPLY, WE ARE PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN CITIZENS
FROM THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:

CONDITIONS OF INTERNSHIP:
Interns are not paid. Costs of travel and accommodations as well as
living
expenses, are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring
institutions.
