just downloadd my favorite mgy poem: "Csak egy e'jszaka'ra" from HIX...
it is a masterpiece of writing and i would love to share it with my Amer
friends, but face problems of good translation though i'm pretty good...
the polit overtones are evident as when i first heard it at age 12, and remain
significant in 1995 as they were in the 1910s when written...
can anyone tell about it's current acceptance?
thanks (szia?)

Bela Bartok's wife was Ditta Pasztory, with two t's. I don't know the
origin of this name, but it very much looks like a diminutive (from Juditta?)
Greetings, Robert
Does anyone know how any information can be found out about the
Hungarian Royal Institute of Midwifery of Szegedin(Szeded).
It was in operation according to one certificate in 1901.
Ditta Pa'sztory was a pianost and the wife of Be'la Barto'k. The name is not
at all common. I can't find the origin of the name but something tells me
that it is a variation/nicknam, on the analogy of Gita versus Margit.
